Job summary

Mural Group is seeking a Product Manager to own customer outcomes across AI deployments. You will lead end-to-end deployments with forward deployed engineers, design and refine AI agents, and serve as the primary customer contact.

The role focuses on delivering measurable value and continuously improving deployment playbooks. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of complex deployment experience, strong stakeholder management, and a systems-thinking mindset.

Job description

Location: Remote (US)

Pay: $160,000–$220,000 + bonus + equity

A late-stage, venture-backed enterprise AI company needs a PM who works in the field. You own the outcome for each customer's AI deployment, from scoping before the deal closes to tuning after launch.

What you bring

• 5+ years, including complex customer deployments
• Comfortable owning senior stakeholders
• Technical, systems-level thinking, with hands-on agent building (side projects count)
• Bias to action in unclear situations
• Travel about 10 to 15%
