Job summary

Datadog in New York City is seeking a Field Enablement Manager to drive onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for the AMER Sales and Customer Success teams.

You’ll partner with global Field Enablement while tailoring programs to AMER motions, build strong relationships with field leaders, and accelerate ramp for new hires. This hybrid role requires travel ~25% across AMER and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales enablement or related GTM role with SaaS/tech experience.
• Strong facilitator with experience delivering live and virtual training to senior audiences.
• Experience with sales methodologies/frameworks (MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, Sandler).
• Comfort using performance data and field feedback to inform enablement decisions; experience with project tools like Asana.
• Foundational understanding of Datadog and its core product pillars and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging live and virtual enablement sessions for global Sales and Customer Success teams, including onboarding, ongoing training, and reinforcement programs.
• Administer program certifications and provide structured feedback.
• Conduct ongoing field listening to shape programs and priorities across AMER markets.
• Lead reinforcement and coaching to drive post-program adoption with practical activities.
• Partner with Curriculum, Program Management, and Operations to share insights and co-build content; work with Sales leaders to address needs.
• Use AI tools to accelerate delivery and reinforcement and model effective AI use for teams.
