HARMAN is seeking a Regional Sales Account Manager - Embedded Audio to drive growth with key consumer electronics customers across EMEA and beyond. You will own strategic accounts, develop new business, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling proposals, roadmaps and campaigns.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, marketing, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in B2B sales/business development in consumer electronics is preferred.
• Proven ability to sell solutions and grow high-value accounts across regions.
• Experience working in a global matrix organization with diverse teams.
• Strong negotiation and contract development skills.
• Knowledge of embedded audio tech (speakers/mics) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage key customer partnerships and achieve business targets for HEA.
• Support sales director on large accounts and own select relationships.
• Prepare sales forecasts and growth plans.
• Prepare proposals, roadmaps, and marketing programs with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure channel and licensing strategy aligns.
• Monitor receivables and report competitive activity in the market.
