Job summary

Mattel, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to align, submit and track the DTC shipments plan for local fulfillment in EMEA.

You will coordinate with Commercial, Financial, and Operational stakeholders to ensure a reliable demand signal and on-time product availability across markets. In this role you will apply forecasting and MRP knowledge, drive system enhancements, and partner with Master Data Management and Replenishment teams to address outages and maintain a robust supply plan for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning with forecasting, MRP, distribution, and supply planning.
• Anaplan system knowledge preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and holistic business view.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial team to reflect the demand plan based on launch date, product availability, and seasonality.
• Propose, test, and trial demand planning system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Master Data Management to ensure items are created and ready for a demand signal.
• Track and address outages in forecasting performance for EMEA DTC Demand plan.
• Gather information and reports to support S&OP, Financial Forecasts, and S&OE.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Management to confirm timing of product availability.
• Identify process issues and escalate to relevant departments.
• Work with Replenishment Planning to identify outages affecting the business plan.
• Participate in Supply Chain during S&OP processes.
• Share best practices to improve efficiency.
• Provide a single point of contact for demand forecasting inquiries.
• Collaborate with other supply analysts across the DTC organization.
