Job summary

Owen Daniels seeks a Customer Solutions Consultant for EMEA to own customer relationships across the region and ensure seamless integration of our applications into diverse environments.

You will deliver expert technical support, address customer needs, and work with internal teams to drive improved performance and value. Strong SQL reporting and ITIL-aligned service management are key.

This home-based role in the UK includes UK/European travel and a competitive package with benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer facing technical service or management experience.
• Leadership and team management skills to coordinate technical professionals and strategies.
• Knowledge of IT disciplines: applications, infrastructure and databases.
• Experience writing SQL queries and using SQL Reporting Services.
• Knowledge of data modelling and data visualisation.
• Experience in ITIL or managed services environments.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical contact for customers across EMEA.
• Ensure applications integrate seamlessly into customer environments and perform well.
• Analyse customer environments to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide expert technical support and strategic guidance to optimise system performance.
• Coordinate technical professionals and shape technical strategy.
• Ensure compliant service management in line with ITIL best practice.
• Utilise SQL reporting and data visualisation to provide clear insights.
