Job summary

Accuray is seeking a customer-focused professional to own and grow installed base accounts in the radiotherapy space. You will build long-term relationships with clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into action.

In this role you will support the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure, drive revenue with upgrades and services, and travel up to 50% to meet customers and attend industry events.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical background in radiotherapy, oncology, medical physics, or related field.
• Proven customer-facing experience in sales or account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, autonomous with accountability.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop installed base accounts, serving as the primary point of contact to improve long term customer success and satisfaction with our solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to secure future opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer voice into actionable improvements.
• Drive Installed Base revenue growth through upgrades, service offerings, and new opportunities.
• Support the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure, in collaboration with regional leadership.
• Conduct customer visits, deliver presentations and demonstrations, and translate complex solutions into clinical and business value.
