Job summary

Radformation is seeking a Clinical Success Manager to advance treatment planning in clinics across the EMEA region. You will demo, install, and train on our automation tools, solve issues with clinics, and collaborate with the EMEA sales team to demonstrate software and train newly installed clinics.

You will mentor clinics, gather feedback, and develop workflows to improve clinical safety and efficiency in radiation oncology; travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience of clinical treatment planning.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for excellence in patient care.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Fluent in Italian and/or German, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Demo, install, and train clinics on Radformation’s suite of automation tools.
• Work with clinics to understand issues and provide solutions independently or with the programming team.
• Collaborate with EMEA sales to demonstrate software and train clinics.
• Proactively check in with customers to hear feedback and share new features.
• Host webinars to answer questions and highlight features.
• Develop training materials for clinics.
• Collaborate with clinics on research projects and recruit reference sites with the EMEA sales team.
• Attend congresses and on-site meetings to demonstrate the software and meet clinicians; travel up to 15%.
