Job summary

ConnectWise is seeking a senior B2B channel marketing leader to own the regional strategy, aligning investment and execution with revenue priorities. You will partner with Channel Sales and distributors to identify high-growth partners and markets across the EMEA region.

You will build and execute integrated through-partner demand programs spanning digital campaigns, events, and enablement, while developing MDF/co-op budgets, tracking ROI, and coordinating with Sales, Demand Gen, Field

Qualifications

6+ years of B2B channel or partner marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity.
Strong knowledge of MDF and co-op programs with experience in planning and ROI measurement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, able to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location with 40-50% travel may be required.
Based in Austria, focused on EMEA region.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the regional MDF and co-op portfolio, including planning, budgeting, and performance measurement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing.
Establish goals and reporting for partner activation, pipeline, bookings, and ROI.
