Extreme Networks is seeking an exceptional EMEA Business Development Manager to scale and lead a distributed BDR organization across Europe. You will drive pipeline, coach talent, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to accelerate growth while ensuring an outstanding employee experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and a relentless focus on measurable business impact, reporting to the Director, Business Development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading Business Development, Sales Development, or Sales teams.
• Proven track record of building, scaling, and coaching high-performing BDR/SDR teams.
• Strong analytical and metrics-driven mindset with experience managing performance through data.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within enterprise IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the EMEA BDR organization across multiple regions.
• Drive pipeline growth by aligning with Sales and Marketing leaders.
• Build operational excellence with disciplined KPIs and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement through scalable programs and new messaging approaches.
