Job summary

Customer.io is seeking an Account Manager to join our EMEA team. You will own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, driving renewals, expansion, and churn mitigation. This revenue ownership role requires building multi-threaded relationships and collaborating with Success and Sales to move deals forward.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in account management or SaaS with $5m ARR experience, and a data-driven forecasting approach. UK or Ireland-based applicants only.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Account Management or SaaS with revenue ownership.
• Experience managing $5m ARR, MM space.
• Proven ability to grow customer spend through adoption and value.
• A clear forecasting method and logic you own.
• Comfort with usage data, health scores, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the full commercial strategy for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Drive growth by helping customers adopt Customer.io strategically and articulate ROI.
• Forecast renewal and expansion pipeline with a repeatable methodology.
• Build multi-threaded relationships from operators to VPs as a trusted advisor.
• Partner with Customer Success on account health and with Sales on expansion deals.
• Engage Legal and Finance on complex renewals and move deals forward.
