Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Colorado is hiring clinicians to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care. You will work with adults, young adults, and children in a collaborative, clinician-centered team, with structure, support, and tools to do your best work.

This role requires EMDR training and an active Colorado license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC). It offers a guaranteed base salary with incentives, comprehensive benefits, and generous CEU funding to support ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado license (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) required.
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 - $100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring

• Active, independent license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
