Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Madison, WI is hiring licensed clinicians to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children. Join a collaborative, clinician-centered team with strong administrative support and opportunities for growth.

You will complete timely documentation, engage in crisis interventions when needed, and contribute to an integrated care model across disciplines. Active NY licensure is required with relevant clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in NY (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

• $60,000 - $100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring
