Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Annapolis is seeking licensed clinicians to join a collaborative, clinician-centered team. You’ll provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children, supported by built-in referrals and full admin help.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in MD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Interest in collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions
• Complete timely, accurate documentation

What You Bring

• Active, independent license in MD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
