Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Colorado is seeking clinicians to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adults, young adults, and children. You will work in a collaborative, clinician-centered team with structured support and tools to do your best work.

Eligible candidates hold an active Colorado license (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) and bring experience in direct clinical care, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Active independent license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

What You Bring

• Active, independent license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
