Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Columbia, SC is seeking licensed clinicians to join a collaborative, clinician-centered team. You’ll provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children, with strong support and resources to do your best work.

Requirements include an active independent license (MD) in LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC, plus experience in direct clinical care and excellent communication. The role offers comprehensive benefits and room for growth within a supportive practice.

• $70,000 - $90,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring
