Job summary

SOL Mental Health seeks EMDR-trained clinicians to join a collaborative, clinician-centered team in Colorado. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children, while working with a supportive admin and billing staff.

We offer a guaranteed base plus clinical hour-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, and ample professional development opportunities. This role is office-based at our Colorado location.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in collaborating in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

• $60,000 - $100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring
