Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Colorado is hiring licensed clinicians to provide high-quality, evidence-based care across adult, young adult, and pediatric populations. You’ll join a collaborative team with strong support structures and resources to facilitate effective crisis intervention and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Active license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

What You Bring

• Active, independent license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
