• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, embedded or in-house is preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and data-driven recruiting skills.
• Experience hiring across technical disciplines, with focus on software engineering.
• Consultative approach influencing hiring practices in a fast-paced client-driven environment.
