Form Energy is seeking a Staff Technical Recruiter to partner with our world-class Engineering team in Berkeley, CA. This contract role blends strategic sourcing with hands-on recruiting for hardware-focused roles, reporting to a Talent Acquisition leader.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with 3+ years in Mechanical or Hardware roles, and excels at data-driven sourcing and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for Mechanical, Electrical, or Hardware roles is a must.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders with recruiting data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for niche hardware/engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate requirements into search strategies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and engage active and passive candidates.
