• Proven ability to partner with senior engineering leaders to deliver hiring goals.

• Experience using data to influence decisions and improve processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with credible stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering from intake to offer close.
• Partner with Engineering leaders to define role scope, level, and search strategy.
• Build and manage pipelines for Software Engineering talent, including passive outreach.
• Lead searches across senior ICs, staff engineers, engineering managers, and other hard-to-find talent.
• Conduct talent mapping for critical and future-looking engineering needs.
• Use recruiting data to diagnose bottlenecks and drive hiring improvements.
• Lead calibration conversations on level, compensation, and candidate availability.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience with clear communication and strong process management.
• Influence headcount planning with talent market insights and hiring data.
