Qualifications

• BS + 5 years of exp in related STEM field; MS + 3 years of exp.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Object Oriented programming, and software lifecycle processes
• Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance
• Must be able to work on site at the Rancho Carmel facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead a section of 10-15 software engineers in SWDT at San Diego.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and performance reviews with HR.
• Evaluate promotions, salaries, and career guidance for staff.
• Develop and maintain software engineering processes.
• Support goals in program execution and engineering excellence.
