Job summary

RTX is shaping the future of aerospace and defense software. This role sits in the Space and RF Sensors Software team, focusing on designing, coding, integrating, and testing real-time embedded software for advanced radar, sensor, and fire-control systems.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a STEM field or related discipline.
Experience developing and testing software in C/C++ or similar OO language.
Real-time embedded software development experience and debugging.
Familiarity with Python scripting and strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Work on complex software problems and collaborate to implement innovative solutions.
Contribute across all phases of the software development lifecycle, including HW/SW integration.
Assist derivation of system and software requirements and architectural modeling.
Design, implement, test, and document real-time embedded software for RF, radar modes and sensing.
Participate in code reviews, technical decision-making with cross-functional teams.
