Job summary

RTX in El Segundo, CA seeks Software Engineers to join the onsite Software Engineering team. You will develop real-time embedded software for radar systems, participate in all lifecycle phases, and support cross-disciplinary collaboration. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and experience with C/C++, ADA, and embedded software. Applicants must be able to obtain SAP/SAR access and work onsite at the CA campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
• Experience developing embedded software using C/C++, ADA and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Work on technical problems and provide innovative solutions with guidance.
• Participate in all phases of the SW development lifecycle, including SW/HW integration.
• Develop RT embedded software for radar modes and capabilities.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues to develop solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and attend program reviews.
• Assist leads with technical decisions and problem resolution.
