Job summary

Amazon Leo seeks engineers to develop embedded software for satellite systems in San Diego. You will write device drivers and system applications in Rust, C, and C++, and work with hardware teams to bring up boards and ensure seamless integration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling).
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded software in Rust, C, C++, or other modern languages.
• Write device drivers and system applications for satellite interfaces (I2C, SPI, CAN, etc).
• Develop security features for satellite systems.
• Collaborate with hardware teams for board bring-up and integration.
