Job summary

Istari Digital is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who will be embedded inside customer organizations, operating as part of their team while remaining tightly connected to Istari's product and engineering core. This is not a support role—you are a builder who writes real code and integrates CAD, CFD, FEM pipelines with Istari's platform.

You’ll work with Istari Program Managers in the same environments, own the technical execution, and help translate field experience into actionable product

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and production-quality code.
• Hands-on experience with CAD, CFD, FEM or related pipelines.
• Ability to work on-site with customers in a U.S. defense or aerospace context; clearance eligible.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customer teams to understand their workflows and data environments.
• Architect and build integrations that connect Istari's platform to CAD/CFD/FEM pipelines.
• Translate field experience into actionable product insights and roadmap input.
