Job summary

Istari Digital is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who will embed with customer engineering teams to deploy Istari's platform into CAD/CFD/FEM workflows. You will write production code, architect integrations, and drive value in unstructured environments.

You will partner with Istari's program managers to deliver technical execution, influence product directions, and pursue opportunities with customers in aerospace and defense. This role requires on-site work and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals: production‑quality code and defend architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with CAD, CFD, FEM or related simulation toolchains.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Onsite delivery: embed with customer teams and architect integrations.
• Software development: build, test, and maintain integrations and workflows.
• Feedback to product: translate field experience into actionable insights.
