Job summary

Analog Photonics seeks an Embedded Software Architect to advance our LiDAR effort. You will translate system functions into code for Microblaze and ARM cores, and drive the full embedded software design cycle from requirements to validation on target hardware.

You will write C/C++ for embedded systems and Python/MATLAB for interface tooling, and progressively provide technical leadership as the software team grows. This on-site, full-time role requires US work authorization.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in computer engineering, software engineering or related field.
• 4+ years professional embedded software design experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate required system functions into code targeted for Microblaze and ARM microcontrollers.
• Execute full embedded software design cycle: requirements, architecture, design, testbench, validation.
• Write C/C++ code for desktops and Python/MATLAB for interfacing.
• Provide technical leadership as the software team grows.
