Job summary

Real Time Consulting is seeking a Business Sales Development Manager to lead sales activities from lead generation through close within the Embedded Engineering Services sector. The role involves developing new business, managing a sales team, and coordinating with the CEO on market strategies.

The successful candidate will have aerospace industry experience, 5–10 years in sales and business development, and a proven track record in client relations and delivery. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or other technical area.
• MBA preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Aerospace industry experience required.
• Sales & Business Development experience 5–10 years.
• Established rolodex within embedded industry a plus.
• Ability to travel domestically as may be required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales plans to expand customer base in embedded engineering services.
• Sell consultatively for professional engineering services tailored to embedded industry.
• Lead and mentor sales team to maximize performance and set clear expectations.
• Participate in pricing discussions and contract negotiations to align with RTC strategy.
• Represent RTC to customers and ensure high satisfaction and alignment of objectives.
• Travel domestically as required to pursue opportunities and close deals.
