Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Embedded software engineer to join the Electronic Warfare team, building out a software ecosystem for a next‑generation EW platform. You will implement high‑performance RF software, collaborate with DSP/RF teams, and deliver mission‑critical code within the Lattice OS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Test Engineering, RF validation, or hardware/system integration.
• Experience with RF circuit board assemblies, subassemblies, and systems.
• Familiarity with Python and/or MATLAB for test scripting, data parsing, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with electronics test equipment such as power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscope, function generators, spectrum analyzers, data acquisition and measurement sensors.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals including S-parameters, impedance matching, signal integrity, and RF signal chains.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Own RF test strategy and coverage for EW systems across development and manufacturing.
• Drive improvements in RF test architecture, with a focus on tactically-relevant mission-focused testing.
• Create, maintain electrical test systems through the full lifecycle of development, implementation, scaling, and refinement.
• Improve and sustain existing test systems to improve automation, consistency, and coverage.
• Document test plans, user instructions and manuals.
• Determine root cause of product failures and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Work with Design, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering teams to support customer returns and failure analysis.
• Validate through regression testing when issues and corrective actions are resolved.
• Train technicians on equipment use as required.
