Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking experienced embedded software engineers to expand the software ecosystem for a next-generation electronic warfare platform. You will develop high-performance numerical algorithms and work with DSP/RF teams to deploy cutting-edge capabilities within the Lattice system.

You will own RF test strategies, improve test architecture, and collaborate across Design, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure rapid, reliable deployment of mission-critical code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Own RF test strategy and coverage for EW systems across development and manufacturing.
• Drive improvements in RF test architecture with a focus on mission-focused testing.
• Create and maintain electrical test systems through full lifecycle.
• Improve and sustain test systems to automate, standardize, and broaden coverage.
• Document test plans, instructions and manuals.
• Determine root cause of product failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Support customer returns and failure analysis with Design, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering teams.
• Validate through regression testing when issues are resolved.
• Train technicians on equipment use as required.
