Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities from discovery to value management.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
• Owns planning and delivery of the strategic product roadmap with stakeholders.
• Document requirements, use cases, and client meeting notes; drive next steps and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Embedded Payments teams to ensure understanding of requirements.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships across functions (Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology).
• Support production issues and client escalations; assist in sales and marketing efforts as a product consultant.
