Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience or equivalent leadership in product management, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Ability to influence key lifecycle activities from discovery through value management.
• Proven leadership in fintech or financial institution environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to align stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees product strategy, roadmap, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
• Leads full product lifecycle planning, development, and future opportunities.
• Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices including market research and prototyping.
