Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Embedded Payments Product Manager to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, advocate for the customer, and guide launches across client-facing, feature development, operations and service teams.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure scalable, resilient products that deliver outstanding client experiences, incorporating feedback, and aligning with risk, compliance, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Project management experience with ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
• Relevant Product Management experience.
• Payments Product Management experience.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology.
• Experience documenting requirements and use cases.
• Experience in collaborating with sales, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal teams and command strong influencing skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Own process to track and drive Client documentation, including setting up and publishing Client meeting notes, document and drive next steps and issue resolution.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of the strategic product roadmap through collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Analyze the needs of the various persona's which use or interact with the service, document their user journeys and use cases.
• Liaise with the Embedded Payments feature development teams to ensure that they understand these requirements.
• Build and maintain working relationships with stakeholders across different functions (e.g., Legal, Risk, Compliance Operations, Technology etc.).
• Maintain internal and Client documentation.
• Assist in production support for clients including troubleshooting client issues, defect management and client escalations.
• Support ongoing sales and marketing efforts as a product consultant and subject matter expert on Embedded Payments Product.
• Assist in implementation of Client programs including configurations and setups.
