Job summary

The role focuses on design, development, and integration of embedded Linux software across the full development lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, implementation, verification, and testing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required.
• Experience with embedded Linux, drivers, and Linux toolchains is expected.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and integrate embedded Linux software for aerospace systems.
• Maintain Linux OS components: kernel, root filesystem, bootloader, BSP, device drivers.
• Perform root cause analysis and debugging using schematics, logic analyzers, and Wireshark.
• Prepare builds for simulation, reference platforms, and target hardware.
