• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities.
• Experience onboarding clients to JPM platforms like J.P. Morgan Access and APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with excellent communication and documentation abilities.

• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering value to customers.
• Manages discovery and market research to uncover solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Drive the development and delivery of integrated banking solutions within enterprise applications (ERP/TMS/PMS).
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to define and maintain the product roadmap for integrations.
• Document requirements and provide direction to development partners and vendors.
• Conduct user research to surface client needs and translate insights into partnership strategies and roadmap priorities.
• Partner with controls, sourcing, compliance, legal, risk and third-party oversight requirements.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with cross-functional delivery partners to align on go-to-market deliverables.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap.
• Builds the framework and tracks key success metrics such as cost, features, risk, and reliability.
• Contribute to the strategic roadmap and commercialization of embedded finance capabilities.
