Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Manager for Integrated Digital Solutions to drive the end-to-end life cycle of embedding core banking and value-added services into clients' enterprise software ecosystems.

You will voice the customer, define requirements, and partner across engineering, sales, and legal to deliver scalable, reliable products. You will lead discovery, roadmap, and integration efforts for ERP/TMS/PMS platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure superior

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities.
Experience onboarding clients to JPM platforms like J.P. Morgan Access and APIs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving with excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

Develops a product strategy and vision delivering value to customers.
Manages discovery and market research to uncover solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
Drive the development and delivery of integrated banking solutions within enterprise applications (ERP/TMS/PMS).
Collaborate with partners and vendors to define and maintain the product roadmap for integrations.
Document requirements and provide direction to development partners and vendors.
Conduct user research to surface client needs and translate insights into partnership strategies and roadmap priorities.
Partner with controls, sourcing, compliance, legal, risk and third-party oversight requirements.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with cross-functional delivery partners to align on go-to-market deliverables.
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap.
Builds the framework and tracks key success metrics such as cost, features, risk, and reliability.
Contribute to the strategic roadmap and commercialization of embedded finance capabilities.
