Job summary

Liberis is seeking a Partner Manager to own and grow a portfolio of embedded finance partners. You will manage relationships from operational teams to senior decision-makers, drive revenue, and expand partnerships across product lines and merchant segments.

You’ll coordinate launches with Product and Partner Solutions, monitor performance, and ensure high partner satisfaction through marketing, education, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–10+ years of experience in fintech partnerships, embedded finance or lending platforms.
• Track record of managing complex B2B2B or B2B2C fintech partnerships with accountability for commercial results.
• Strong commercial and product judgement, with the ability to move multiple initiatives forward.
• Confidence interpreting funnel data, renewals and financial metrics, and translating insights into action.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering long-term initiatives.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and influencing skills, from operational teams to senior decision-makers.
• Hands-on understanding of embedded finance, lending workflows, underwriting and partner integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic partner relationships across your portfolio, guiding reviews and performance deep-dives.
• Drive revenue goals through partner activation, marketing and strong customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for new products, segments, geographies and lines, assessing viability and scalability.
• Scope integrations and delivery models with Product and Partner Solutions for launches.
• Monitor integration health, data quality and underwriting flows; resolve escalations.
• Educate and enable partner sales and customer success teams on product value and renewals.
• Translate funnel insights into growth actions and coordinate with leadership on upsell and expansion.
