• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, embedded finance, or related industry.
• Strong technology orientation and understanding of fintech business models.
• Proven ability to build fintech partner and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to generate fintech partnership opportunities through networking.
• Sales/business development experience with pipeline and closing partnerships.
• Ability to evaluate fintech partners for strategic fit and risk.
• Strong relationship and account management skills post-formation.
• Understanding of fintech products, customers, business models, and decision-makers.
• Strong communication, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience influencing decision-makers and navigating complex partnerships.
• Comfortable balancing sales growth with risk in a regulated environment.
• Cross-functional work with PM, Ops, Tech, Compliance, Risk, Legal, governance.
• Externally facing, performance-driven sales role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and grow strategic fintech partnerships for a client’s embedded banking division.
• Build relationships through industry events, networking, referrals, and the fintech community to generate opportunities.
