Piermont Bank is seeking an Embedded Lending Sales & Business Development Manager to grow fintech and SaaS lending partnerships. You will acquire, develop, and manage enterprise lending clients leveraging our API‑based lending platform and embedded finance capabilities.

The role requires 7+ years in embedded or marketplace lending, a track record of closing complex deals, and strong executive communication.

Formación

• 7+ years of embedded lending or marketplace lending sales experience.
• Proven ability to close complex loan origination deals.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and manage lending partners across fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, and platform ecosystems.
• Lead partner engagement from discovery through due diligence, solution design, contracting, and long‑term relationship stewardship.
• Develop tailored loan origination partner models with API‑based capabilities and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Maintain a transparent, governed partner pipeline with accurate forecasting and sustainable revenue growth.
• Gain deep insight into partner roadmaps, underwriting, servicing models, compliance frameworks, and strategic priorities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure regulatory expectations and seamless integration into the bank’s oversight model.
• Collaborate with product and risk teams to relay partner needs and influence roadmap decisions.
• Stay informed on regulatory, competitive, and tech developments shaping embedded lending and digital banking.
