You will onboard fintech partners, manage technical integrations, and ensure programs launch smoothly within a regulated banking context.

Responsibilities include coordinating API integrations across ACH, wires, card networks, RTP, and FedNow, and maintaining strong operational and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in embedded banking, fintech, payments, financial services integrations, implementation, or technical program management.
• Strong understanding of APIs, banking infrastructure, and payment systems.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and integration lifecycle for fintech partners from contract to production launch.
• Act as primary technical and operational contact for partner teams.
• Coordinate API integrations, testing, certification, and production readiness across ACH, wires, card networks, RTP, and FedNow.
• Manage implementation timelines, dependencies, and readiness processes.
• Troubleshoot integration challenges with engineering teams.
• Design scalable operational workflows and integration procedures.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Payments teams to meet onboarding requirements.
• Support go-live activities and post-launch stabilization.
