Job summary

Thread Bank is seeking a client-focused professional to manage embedded banking relationships in a fast-paced environment. You will act as the primary relationship and execution lead for an assigned portfolio of embedded banking partners, coordinating with bank leadership, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Product, and Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in embedded banking, BaaS, or fintech partnerships with client-facing responsibilities.
• Understanding of BSA/AML, KYC/KYB, UDAAP, Regulation E, third-party risk mgmt guidance, FDIC ins. requirements.
• Familiarity with embedded banking APIs, ledgers, ACH and wire rails, and partner reconciliation processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams).
• Strong attention to detail with clear written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client management and performance analytics for embedded banking partners.
• Support diligence, approvals, implementation, launches, and expansions for new and existing programs.
• Develop and maintain partner performance reporting (deposits, transactions, revenue, SLAs, risk).
• Plan and facilitate partner business reviews covering performance and roadmaps.
• Manage partner requests, escalations, and changes from intake to resolution.
• Monitor risk indicators including BSA/AML, fraud, reconciliation, and SLAs and coordinate remediation with Compliance/Risk/Operations.
• Coordinate third-party risk management program oversight (annual reviews, control testing, evidence collection).
• Maintain clear communication by documenting decisions and tracking commitments.
• Prepare agendas, materials, minutes, and executive-ready updates for stakeholders.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
