Job summary

Bravera is hiring an Embedded Banking Officer to coordinate governance, onboarding, and oversight of Bravera’s embedded banking program. The role connects business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, BSA/AML, fraud, information security, legal, and audit stakeholders to support controlled program implementation and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Five or more years in banking, payments, fintech, or program management.
• Knowledge of embedded banking, sponsor-bank oversight, and third-party risk management.
• Understanding of governance and regulatory examination support.
• Excellent relationship-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the embedded banking governance cadence including agendas and reports.
• Serve as Bravera’s primary liaison for embedded banking implementation and oversight.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities among Bravera, fintech partners, and advisors.
• Oversee partner pipeline reviews, due diligence, onboarding, and post-implementation review.
• Maintain program inventory, risk registers, and key contractual obligations.
• Monitor partner performance against contracts and service levels; escalate issues.
• Coordinate with Compliance, BSA/AML, Fraud, Information Security, and Legal teams.
• Assist with regulatory examination and audit readiness with documented evidence.
• Prepare incident, complaint, and service-disruption communications; ensure tracking.
