Redesign Health, Inc. is hiring an Embedded Transformation Engineer to lead technical implementations within healthcare organizations. You will combine startup-pace engineering with healthcare operator relationships to ensure solutions address real clinical problems.

You’ll work with frontier AI, architecting builds using leading tools, managing scope, milestones, and security posture. Expect close collaboration with clinicians, IT staff, and executives to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering to health IT environments.
• Ability to work with clinicians and hospital IT staff.
• Track record of turning clinical problems into software solutions.
• Ability to advise deployment vs port vs build decisions.
• Experience with HIPAA-compliant workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a working opinion on the best tools and platforms and be ready to adapt.
• Understand workflows by spending time with clinicians and IT staff to learn current processes.
• Advise on deploying existing products, porting builds, or creating new solutions.
• Turn an agreed direction into an implementable plan with milestones and dependencies.
• Lead autonomous coding agents with guardrails and testing.
• Architect on the fly to fit target environments and data models.
• Enable customer engineers to work effectively with agents and harnesses.
• Train users, run pilots, and establish feedback loops to ensure adoption and trust.
• Operate within PHI/HIPAA security and compliance requirements.
