Job summary

Redesign Health, Inc. is seeking an Embedded Transformation Engineer to lead AI-enabled technical implementations inside healthcare organizations.

This role blends startup engineering ownership with the healthcare operator’s ability to build practitioner relationships and ensure solutions address real clinical problems. You’ll work with clinicians, IT staff, and executives to scope, design, and deliver AI-enabled workflows that fit actual care processes, comply with PHI/HIPAA, and drive adoption

Qualifications

Experience using autonomous coding agents for production work.
Ability to advise on deploy, port, or build decisions for healthcare tech.
Strong integration instinct across complex health IT environments.

Responsibilities

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market tools and integration platforms.
Understand real clinical workflows by engaging with clinicians and IT staff.
Advise on deployment strategy: existing product, port, or new build.
Translate direction into an executable implementation plan with milestones.
Enable customer engineers to work with agent-based delivery and maintainability.
Train end users and run pilots to drive adoption and trust in the tool.
Ensure compliance with PHI/HIPAA and security posture.
