HealthRIGHT 360 seeks an experienced AI & Automation Solutions Developer to architect, prototype, and deploy production-ready AI applications within healthcare settings. You will collaborate with Data, EHR, Quality Improvement, IT, and clinical teams to build valuable AI-driven systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, secure data integrations, and governance to elevate operational excellence across programs.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7+ years of progressive experience building software, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience using advanced AI tools (e.g., CODEX, Claude).
• Portfolio of independently built solutions moved to production.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps).
• Experience designing solutions that securely interact with enterprise data.

Aufgaben

• Architect, develop, deploy, and maintain end-to-end AI applications and workflows from prototype to production.
• Build AI agents, copilots, workflows, APIs, and internal apps for high-value operational problems.
• Prototype rapidly with AI tools and harden successful prototypes for production.
• Design integrations across systems using APIs, databases, and Power Platform.
• Write production-grade code, tests, docs, source control, logging, and monitoring.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions and assess emerging AI platforms via hands-on prototyping.
• Establish reusable components to scale solutions across programs.
• Implement security, privacy, controls, AI governance, especially for healthcare data.
• Measure impact with metrics like hours saved, cycle time, and ROI.
