Qualifications

• 7+ years healthcare operations experience with ability to redesign workflows.
• 5+ years consulting or client-facing advisory experience.
• 2+ years applying AI, automation or analytics to business problems.
• 2+ years prioritization or scoring frameworks to sequence initiatives.
• 3+ years healthcare domain knowledge and system configuration.
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI solutions for provider clients and select proper tools.
• Document current & future-state workflows with AI-enabled designs.
• Apply prioritization frameworks to create actionable AI roadmaps.
• Translate designs into specs, gap analyses and ROI measures.
• Lead client-facing sessions with clinical, IT, and operations leaders.
• Collaborate with end users to design and improve systems.
• Identify optimization opportunities and participate in projects.
• Develop training materials and enablement content.
• Communicate requirements through implementation phases.
• Build relationships with end users and business partners.
• Design, deploy AI-powered solutions with responsible use.
• Use enterprise AI tools to streamline workflows and automate tasks.
• Monitor trends to inform design and innovation.
