Job summary

Accenture is hiring a healthcare technology professional to lead modernization, systems integration, and transformation across payer, provider, and health services. You will assess portfolios, platforms, processes, and data environments to identify opportunities and define target-state capabilities and roadmaps.

You will translate requirements into actionable designs, lead cross-functional teams, and push AI, automation, and interoperability initiatives with proper governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in healthcare tech, consulting, systems integration, digital health, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years delivering client-facing healthcare technology programs, transformation initiatives, or platform implementations.
• Minimum 5 years across one or more healthcare domains (claims, care management, provider operations, pharmacy, EHRs, revenue cycle, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years knowledge of healthcare integration, interoperability, and secure data exchange (APIs, FHIR, HL7, EDI, identity management).
• Minimum 5 years translating business and operational requirements into solution designs, roadmaps, and technology recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare technology modernization, systems integration, and transformation workstreams across payer, provider, and healthcare services organizations.
• Assess portfolios, platforms, business processes, integrations, workflows, data environments, and operational challenges to identify transformation opportunities.
• Define target-state capabilities, solution approaches, operating models, architecture direction, and implementation roadmaps.
• Translate requirements into actionable plans, solution designs, and delivery approaches.
• Support modernization initiatives involving healthcare platforms, claims systems, care management, EHR ecosystems, and enterprise data environments.
• Lead cross-functional teams through project planning, requirements, design, integration, testing, deployment, and adoption activities.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align priorities and drive decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows to healthcare processes.
• Collaborate with business, clinical, technology, data, cloud, security, engineering, and operations teams.
