Job summary

Zenity is seeking a Solutions Architect—Senior Forward Deployed Engineer—to embed with one strategic customer, making the platform work inside their environment and data landscape. You'll be onsite with the customer's security team, gathering requirements directly, designing and building custom solutions, and integrating with their data, APIs, and identity patterns to ensure deployments succeed.

The role combines autonomy with accountability; you’ll help define the evolving playbook, feed field

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation with hands-on design and configuration.
• Translate customer observations into precise engineering work.
• Embed with customers and work inside their environments and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements in the field with the customer's security team.
• Customize and configure Zenity for the customer's workflow and environment.
• Integrate with the customer's data, APIs, infrastructure, and identity patterns.
• Test, troubleshoot, and iterate alongside the customer toward deployment.
• Feed learnings back into Zenity's core product to influence the roadmap.
• Own the outcome end-to-end from initial ask to deployed solution.
