Job summary

Zenity is hiring a Solutions Architect to embed with a strategic customer and tailor the platform to their real data, APIs, and security constraints. You’ll work onsite with the customer’s security team, translating needs into concrete engineering work and delivering end-to-end deployments.

You’ll lead a technically rigorous program, own the outcome, and help shape Zenity’s growing AI governance and security capabilities in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and configuring solutions hands-on.
• Ability to translate customer needs into engineering work.
• Experience working onsite with a partner's team.
• Background in security, cloud security or enterprise SaaS is preferred.
• Experience with AI governance tooling or agentic systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements directly from the customer's security team on site.
• Customize the Zenity solution for the customer’s workflow and data.
• Integrate with customer systems, data, APIs, and identity patterns.
• Test, troubleshoot, and iterate with stakeholders until deployment works.
• Feed learnings back into the core product and influence the roadmap.
• End-to-end ownership from initial ask to deployed solution.
