Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking a Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer to embed within a client's enterprise—shoulder to shoulder with their security and engineering teams—to make AI systems secure, governed, and resilient in real, complex environments. You own outcomes: reduced attack surface, production-safe AI deployments, and measurable security posture improvements.

You will build security tooling, detection systems, and governance frameworks with AI-assisted coding and collaboration

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering in production with a cybersecurity discipline depth
• 2+ years hands-on designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production
• 8+ years end-to-end security delivery ownership in client-embedded or production environments
• 8+ years working with cloud platform security fundamentals (IAM, network, secrets, AI service configs)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments across complex client environments
• Build AI-powered detection and governance tooling using agentic coding tools
• Own AI-specific threat surface management including OWASP LLM Top 10 controls
• Architect and govern AI security controls across the enterprise stack (identity, data, model serving)
• Lead AI governance framework implementation (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
• Shape reinvention security strategy for client CISO/CTO and investment roadmaps
• Publish reusable security patterns and accelerators for multiple engagements
• Lead architecture design sessions and threat modeling workshops
• Provide cybersecurity domain expertise in at least one discipline
• Assist with proposal and SOW development and client workshops
• Engage in executive workshops and C-suite communication
• Demonstrate structured analytical thinking and coaching of teams
