Job summary

Zenity is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer who embeds with a strategic customer, aligning the Zenity platform to their environment, data, APIs, and security patterns. You’ll operate autonomously, writing the playbook as you navigate deployment challenges and drive outcomes end-to-end.

You’ll gather requirements in the field, customize the solution for the customer, and collaborate with security teams to validate detections and integration points.

Qualifications

• Strong technical fundamentals and hands-on ability to design and implement solutions.
• Customer-facing engineering experience in Forward Deployed roles.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into concrete engineering work.
• Experience with cybersecurity, cloud security, governance, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building AI-powered applications and AI governance tooling.
• Startup or high-growth experience with fast-moving environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements in the field with the customer's security team.
• Customize and configure the solution for the customer's workflow.
• Integrate Zenity with the customer's data, APIs, infrastructure, and identity patterns.
• Test, troubleshoot, and iterate alongside the customer with live feedback.
• Feed learnings back into the core product to influence roadmap.
• Own the outcome end-to-end from initial ask to deployment.
• Lead customer in best practices for AI security and governance with the Zenity team.
